TERMS & CONDITIONS
We provide a free quote to each bride to be, they are valid for 30 days and will be sent to you via email or messenger direct from our facebook page.
They will include a breakdown of cost for each item, a total amount, deposit required and the flowers used.
Quotes are guide prices and can be changed and amended before booking with us to suit your budget.
Payments and bookings
When you decide to book with us we require a 30% non refundable deposit which will be deducted from the total amount on your final invoice. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking date is secured and the total amount can not be amended.
If you wish to add to your booking after it has been secured this can be done at an additional charge which will vary depending upon the changes you wish to make. Please contact us for a quote for any changes required.
You will receive a final invoice 2 weeks prior to your booking date with us . We accept payment through our website only, bank transfers are not permitted unless agreed with us. We accept all major credit,debit cards, Apple Pay.
Payment is required immediately once we have sent the final payment invoice . Failure to pay within 24 hours without a prior agreement in place will incur a £5 fee per day until the full amount and any late fees are paid. Failure to pay 2 weeks in advance of us starting without prior consent may result in your flowers being cancelled and our agreement ceased .
In the event you wish to cancel your booking with us, the deposit/booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstance.
If you have requested for your flowers to be made now and you wish to cancel , the full final balance will still be required. If you have already paid in full upon booking no refund of any amount will be made.
If you have booked us to do your flowers for a future date
-Any cancellations made within 30 days of your booked date with us - 50% of the final due amount will be required.
-Any cancellations made within 14 days of your booked date, the full balance of the final amount will be required.
- Any cancellations made over 30 days of your booked date with us - 30% (deposit/booking fee) will not be refunded. If you have paid in full and wish to cancel, a refund of 70% will be made to you within 28 days.
Adding/removing items from order
Items can be added or removed anytime up to 14 days before we are due to start your booking. If you want to add/remove items within 14 days of your booking removal of items will not be refunded, the addition of items will incur additional charges which may vary depending upon the changes you wish to make.
BRIDAL WEAR RETURNS POLICY
Bridal wear purchased from our boutique, either off the peg or at a bridal appointment are non refundable. We do not accept returns once bought from in store. It is sold as seen and we will give advise regarding alterations if required.
Fauxever Blooms & Bridal shall not be held liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control of ‘Fauxever Blooms & Bridal ’. For the purposes of this condition ‘Force Majeure’ includes but is not limited to; Natural Events including fire, explosion, floods, Acts of God (as applicable in law) and other natural disasters. Political and Special Events; war, terrorism, riot, sabotage, civil disturbances, official strike or similar dispute.
Products and Services
All Fauxever Blooms & Bridal products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a previously agreed ingredient or component within a design of equivalent value and quality without notice. This includes specific flowers/ plants , colours and sundries that may not be available.
In the event that Fauxever Blooms & Bridal are unable to supply product, service or any substitute product or service to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full minus the 30% deposit/ booking fee.
Fauxever Blooms & Bridal uses a courier service. Delivery will be within 48 hours of receiving final payment (Monday to Friday only) not including weekends.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing or confirming your order for a product or service, please ensure that you have provided full address and telephone details, including accurate postcode of the venue or agreed recipient and your contact telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Disclaimer- Ill health, Acts of God or adverse weather conditions
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Fauxever Blooms & Bridal Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this. Acts of God, sudden ill health and adverse weather conditions may affect our ability to deliver the Fauxever Blooms & Bridal product or service. Ultimately, we can accept no responsibility for Acts of God, sudden ill health or adverse weather conditions and if we are prevented from providing the Fauxever Blooms & Bridal service or product as agreed, then we can only offer a refund of 30% .
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions of Fauxever Blooms & Bridal product or service from time to time. If you do not sign and return a copy of the Terms and Conditions as listed herewith; by the act of paying a booking fee you are proceeding with the booking and entering into a contract and therefore agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Fauxever Blooms & Bridal products or services for any reason at any time.
